Ready to Ship items will be mailed within 3 business days.
Packages are shipped via USPS.
Once shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the package. Softshell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
If you would like signature upon delivery, please add the request to your checkout notes.
Domestic shipping only at this time.

All items are final sale. As a self-funded one-person business, we don't have the capacity to offer returns at this time.
